It is just around the corner the 2011 edition of the exhibition “Vinischia. Sapori e saperi dell’Isola d’Ischia e dintorni”, flagship event for the promotion of wine-growing and excellence in wine-producing of the isle. The village of Ischia Ponte hosts for the entire week end the kermesse, with startup scheduled for Saturday, November 5th and the final day scheduled for Monday, November 7.
The event, originally scheduled during the weekend of October 29-30-31, suffered a soft “landslide” because of the predicted bad weather, followed by a state of pre-alert, transmitted by the Civil Defence. ‘Uncork’ more than a smile to think that today the sun shines bright on the island: patience, this will be a good for next weekend! To allow the exhibition takes place, in fact, it was decided to change the date on November 5-6-7, but the formula will remain the same. Weather conditions will not stop Vinischia!

The guiding idea is to involve representatives of all the island's excellent production (farming, wine, crafts and much more) that starting with - why not? - reviews like Vinischia, can make a system and work synergistically to revitalize the zone of Ischia Ponte and the whole island.
That’s why this year Vinischia avails itself of the valuable partnership of the Wine Ways of the Province of Naples (Strade del Vino della Provincia di Napoli), of the world of education with the practical and collaborative cooperation of the Professional Hotel Management Institute... .. and, above all, the Chamber of Commerce of Naples. Decisive for the realization of the event is the support of the Chamber of Commerce, and the figure of President Maurizio Maddaloni, who will hold a talk during the opening day on Saturday, November 5.
