Heir to the tradition of wine by Corrado d'Ambra, the farm Mediterranean Garden is now a real point of reference for the production of good wine on the Green Island. Authentic dishes are in fact the "Biancolella", "Per' '' and Palummo", derived from grapes of five farmers, paid for plant and not a kilo. Even today, the wine is made in a cellar, unchanged over the time, where remain the "signs" and traces of the processing system.
In addition to direct sales of wines, you can taste the most typical and characteristic dishes of the culinary tradition of Ischia. We quote the so delicious rabbit meat and fresh seasonal vegetables, perfect to enjoy (lunch or dinner) the panoramic terrace of the structure. It is accessible along an uphill stretch of about 100m by a monorail, a real delight for visitors that visit the farm for the first time. Alternatively, there is a path of 164 steps across the whole vineyard.
It should be remembered that the real specialty is the cuisine and not the wine. The dishes are mainly used to accompany and encourage the tasting of the precious nectar, the undisputed star here, where it keeps intact the memory of the ancestors. Here, where the wine is at home, it is a matter of worship.
